First Field Trip

Topher had a lot of firsts yesterday: first field tip, first time on a school bus, and first time to the Des Moines Science Center.

Luckily, I was able to go and watch him experience all of them.

The day started with me following a big yellow school bus downtown in the rain.

Then it was on to the museum!  Dino Sue is visiting our museum right now.  At Disney, I used to stand in front of a Dino Sue replica and give a whole speech about her.  It was nice to see her again.  :)

Then it was on to the other exhibits:

It was a fun, chaotic day.
