Catching Up

Sorry it's been so long. Here's what has been happening in the Clark household in a nutshell.

I finished putting the hardware on the kitchen cabinets.

TJ has been busy reading the Harry Potter series.  Topher loves to go to the library whenever the next book becomes available.

Two weekends ago Topher fell off the ladder at the park.  He hurt his foot, but it never showed signs of being a serious injury.  Just a few days of ice packs and Tylenol and he was back to normal.  Plus the Ace bandage gave him some security and support.  He called it his boot.

Topher has discovered the joy of driving with the windows down.  He LOVES it.

Sassy and Squash both had their 7th birthday at the end of August.  They show zero signs of growing older.  If you put them next to their 2-year old selves, I would not be able to tell any difference.

Topher loves to do this puzzle (and most other things) all by himself.  Really, don't help him.  It only makes him mad.

I did it!

And I've been knitting a few odd projects.  I made my first throw pillow, but I won't post pictures until I give it to the recipient.  I like surprises and I figure other people do, too.

There's a woman I used to work with who has started her own photography business.  She wants me to knit her some baby props and in return she will post my knitting projects on her website.  I'm pretty excited to have my work photographed on cute babies.  :)

I think that's all for now.  The weather is beautiful, football season has begun, and we are happy.  We hope you are, too.
